UB-269 Base Coat Series Spray directly or Dipping after being diluted 60-70°C ; 120-150 mins Applicable to ABS, PS, MMA. Excellent performance on leveling, adhesion, , quick drying, gloss.
UP-916 P.P Base Coat Spraying directly or Dipping after being diluted 60-80°C ; 120-150 mins Applicable to P.P materials. Excellent performance on adhesion, bending resistance, workability, gloss.
UB-256B Functional Base Coat Spraying directly or Dipping after being diluted 80-100°C ; 100-120 mins Applicable to Nylon, Ceramic. Excellent performance on adhesion, quick drying, workability, gloss.
UG-128 Base Coat Spraying 140-160°C ; 40-60 mins Applicable to Glass, Ceramic. Excellent performance on adhesion, quick drying, hardness. Clear liquid, no need the cover when spraying.
UB-288A Base Coat Spraying 80-120°C ; 90-120 mins Applicable to ABS/PC compound materials, Metals. Excellent performance on leveling, adhesion, heat resistance, gloss.
UB-966A Base Coat Spraying/Dipping after being diluted 60-70°C ; 120-150 mins Applicable to recycled P.P materials, or add with UP-90 for dipping. Excellent performance on adhesion, bending resisitance, workability, gloss.

1.     There are four types of UB-269 Base Coat:a. UB-269 is used as general spraying base coat. b. UB-269-1A is used as spraying base coat to improve adhesion of plastic materials. c. UB-269A is used as spraying base coat on poor quality plastic materials. d. UB-269田is used as spraying base coat to improve color fullness of plastic materials or Poly materials.

2.     Above products are all oxygen reactive drying base coat. When baking, keep the temperature evenly and good air circulation in the oven. After baking, the solvent gas must be exhausted out of oven to ensure finished materials in good drying condition.

3.     Because of many manufacturers and qualities of P.P materials, please test P.P materials until meeting your customer’s requirements before producing.
