UT-486A “Alcohol Resistance” Top Coat Spraying 60-70°C ; 20-30 mins Applicable to alcohol resistance products or color adjustment before UV Top Coat. Excellent performance on adhesion, gloss, fullness, abrasion resistance, alcohol resistance.
UT-852 “High Film Thickness” Top Coat Spraying 60-70°C ; 50-60 mins Applicable to products need high film thickness layer. Must mix with H-800. Excellent performance on film thickness, gloss, adhesion, yellowing resistance, fullness.
UT-325 “Heat Resistance” Top Coat Spraying 80-100°C ; 20-30 mins Applicable to Heat Resistance materials. Excellent performance on adhesion, gloss, heat resistance, deterioration resistance, temperature circulation resistancnce, workability.
8C “Crystallized Effect“ Top Coat Spraying Air Dry 15 mins Applicable to products need tridimensional crystallized surface. Excellent performance on adhesion, abrasion resistance.
UT-817 “Matting Effect” Top Coat Spraying Air Dry or 50-60°C ; 10-15 mins Applicable to products need matting effect. Excellent performance on gloss, matting effect.

1.     After mixing UT-852 High Film Thickness Top Coat with H-800 hardener, please finish it within 4 hours to prevent chemical effect on quality.

2.     Due to matting paste and matting powder of UT-817 are easy to precipitation, please stirring evenly before spraying process. We suggest to keep stirring UT-817 by using air power mixer while spraying or stirring every 15 minutes during spraying process to prevent precipitation effecting quality of product.
