UB-2485B “Wrinkle Effect” Base Coat Spraying 60-100°C ; 120-180 mins Applicable to ABS, PS, Ceramic, Metals. Excellent performance on wrinkle effect, quick drying, hardness, workability.
UR-487 “Multi-Chrome Effect” Base Coat Spraying/Dipping after being diluted 60-70°C ; 30-40 mins Applicable to clear PS, MMA. No yellowing after drying. Excellent performance on multi-chrome effect、quick drying, gloss. Dilution ration is 1 : 0.5 for spraying and 1 : 1 for dipping.
PC-125 Base Coat Spraying 90-120°C ; 60-120 mins Applicable to PC. Clear liquid, no need the cover when spraying. Excellent performance on adhesion, heat resistance,warm water resistance, deterioration resistance, temperature circulation resistance.
UB-185 “Heat Resistance” Base Coat Spraying 160-200°C ; 40-60 mins Applicable to Fiber–Reinforced–Nylon, BMC, PBT, Metals and other heat resistance materials. Excellent performance on heat resistance, deterioration resistance, temperature circulation resistance.
UB-295A Base Coat Spraying 60-70°C ; 90-120 mins Applicable to PET, PC, ABS, and other transparent materials. It is a Two Components PU Base Coat which must mix with H-800.

1.     Due to the special ingredient of above products, please use water cleaning type spraying equipment. Do not use the same equipment to spray base coat and top coat. Excessive paint and dust accumulation may cause spontaneous combustion. Please clean up frequently. These accumulations have to store with water to prevent spontaneous combustion and handle with qualified waste collector after leaving factory.

2.     UB-2485B “Wrinkled Effect” base coat must be finished within one week after opening the cap.

3.     UB-295A must be finished within four hours after mixing with H-800 Hardener to prevent the effect because of chemical reaction.
