1. Above figures are based on our equipment and experience. Customers need to adjust the figures based on equipment, materials, and producing environment even machines if necessary. If finished products don’t meet customers’ requirement, please stop using and contacting our sales.
2. The procedure of Infrared Radiation (IR) Temperature, Time, and UV energy must fulfill the requirements to ensure quality of coating products. UV energy will decrease by UV lamp aging and voltage supply. Please replace with new UV lamp and stable voltage to ensure coatings dry.
3. Please keep good air circulation in working place to avoid harming health by breathing in solvent for long term and contacting with skin. If chemicals splash inti eye accidently, immediately flush eye with water and send to medical treatment.
