1.     For maximum adhesive strength, the mixed adhesion should be use up as soon as possible. Unused mixed adhesion should be stored in a sealed container and can be placed for 12 hours under room temperature. Please diluted with Ethyl Acetate if viscosity increases. It’s no longer to use if there is gelation and turbidity.

2.     Adhesion is easy to deteriorate because of moisture absorption. It has to be stored in cool and dry place without direct sunlight. The expiration period is 1 year without opening container when stored in cool and dry place.

3.     The content of water and Ethyl Acetate used should not exceed 300ppm. Otherwise, it will not be compatible with Adhesion and caused gelation or turbidity.

4.     Corona treatment is required before processing of dry compound lamination film to achieve 38 dyne or more of surface tension to reach required compound adhesion. The film surface of dyne value may decrease by time. Therefore, the corona treated film should not be placed for a long time to avoid affecting the adhesion.

5.     Suggest mixing steps：a. Refer to the ratio showed above, put 1/2 Ethyl Acetate into the mixing container then put hardener and stir evenly. b. Put adhesion into the container then stir evenly. c. Put the other 1/2 Ethyl Acetate into the container and stir evenly.
