1. Corona treatment is required before dry compound lamination film process in order to achieve 38 dyne or more of surface tension to reach compound adhesion. The film surface of dyne value may decrease by time. Therefore, the corona treated film should not be placed for a long time to avoid affecting the adhesion.
2. When add film additive such as Slip agent, Antioxidant, Plasticizer, Antistatic agent etc. to a film, it may affect the adhesive strength because of using incorrectly. To avoid the situation happens, please test composite film before producing.
3. The average of thickness of the film should less than 10% within one-meter width. The average of discrepancy value should be uniform. The elongation should be less than 1% under the bonding tension.
4. The standard of composite film must follow local regulations.
Step-opening Adhesion qualified following Food and Drug Regulation:
˙National Standard of The PRC GB/T 28118-2011 Plastics and aluminum foil laminated film and pouches for food packaging.
˙Japan food sanitation law-Japan Ministry of Health and Welfare No. 20434
˙Title 21. U.S. Code of Federal Regulation-FDA Chapter 1, Section 175.105 requirement for food safety.
˙Specific formulations have also been independently tested and passed stringent FDA CFR 175.300 standard for food applications.
