UB-269 Base Coat Series spraying base coats include following types: UB-269 is applicable to general materials; UB-269-1A is applicable to materials require better adhesion; UB-269A is applicable to less quality of materials; UB-269田is applicable to general materials require high fullness or made by Poly resin. Applicable to PS, ABS, MMA. Excellent performance on quick drying, adhesion, gloss, workability, leveling. It can be used on parts of products such as cosmetics, toys, clocks, furniture, daily goods, presents and reflectors.
【Application】
UB-269 Base Coat Series can spray directly, or diluting with T-407 thinner based on needs and quality of materials. The spraying pressure should be 3.0-3.5kg/cm2 and the distance should be 15-20 cm. If possible, like the working place is less dust, we suggest leave the coating materials under room temperature over 10 minutes after spraying. When leveling evenly, put the materials into oven, it would have better appearance after baking.
Based on thickness and materials, the baking condition should be 60-70℃ and 120-150 minutes. To ensure completely dry up the coating, please be careful about the thickness and keep oven temperature evenly. Keep good air circulation of oven and exhale the dirty air made by solvents when baking.
【Top Coat】
Please use UT-801, UT-117 or add our other top coats into oil dyestuffs for spraying. Or add T-407 Thinner, dilution ratio 1:2(Volume ratio), as top coat. It will show good dip-dye effects.
【Notices】
1. Plastic materials usually contaminate with internal lubricant, mold release agent, and dust during injection process. To ensure good adhesion and smooth surface during Vacuum Metallization, please clean the material with solvent before coating process.
2. Due to the special ingredient, please use water cleaning type spraying equipment. Excessive paint and dust accumulation may cause spontaneous combustion. Please clean up frequently. These accumulations have to store with water to prevent spontaneous combustion.
3. Please keep good air circulation in working place to avoid harming health due to long-term breathing in solvent. If chemicals splash into eye or on skin accidently, immediately flush contacting area by huge amount of water then send to medical treatment.
4. UB-269 Base Coat Series must be stored in cool and dry indoor room under 40℃. The expired time is one year in unopened situation.
5. Please keep cap closing after opening and finish within one week to avoid affecting quality because of solvent evaporation.
