UT-325 “Heat Resistance” Top Coat

Instruction

         UT-325 “Heat Resistance” Top Coat is made to Vacuum Metallization manufacturers. Applicable to Heat Resistance materials like Fiber–reinforced–Nylon, BMC, Metals. Excellent performance on adhesion, gloss, heat resistance, deterioration resistance, temperature circulation resistance, workability. Its temperature of heat resistance is up to 180℃. It can be used on parts of products such as High-End car lampshade and decoration of lamp.

 

Application

UT-325 “Heat Resistance” Top Coat can spray directly or add into dyestuffs for spraying based on needs and quality of materials. The spraying pressure should be 3.0~3.5kg/cm2 and the distance should be 15~20 cm.

UT-325 “Heat Resistance” Top Coat is air dry top coat. Because of its heat resistance, baking condition should be 80~100℃ and 20~30 minutes if want to accelerate reactions.

 

Base Coat

Please use UB-185, PC-125.

 

Notices

1.    Please clean up the sprayer and the tube with Ketone solvents before and after spraying to avoid incompatibilities occur if using same equipment with other top coats.

2.    If the coating is too thin, it would have rainbow situation easily;please thicken the top coating by spraying on it.

3.    Due to special ingredients of this product, too much lacquer dusts accumulated may cause burning. They must be applied with water-based coating equipment and clean the sprayer and relevant devices with water frequently. Store the lacquer dusts in outdoor within water in case the burning

4.    Please keep good air circulation in working place to avoid harming health due to long-term breathing in solvent. If chemicals splash into eye or on skin accidently, immediately flush contacting area by huge amount of water then send to medical treatment.

5.    UT-325 “Heat Resistance” Top Coat must be stored in cool and dry indoor room under 40℃. The expired time is one year in unopened situation.

6.    Please keep cap closing after opening and finish within one week to avoid affecting quality because of solvent evaporation.
