        8C “Crystallized Effect“ Top Coat is made to Vacuum Metallization manufacturers. Excellent performance on adhesion, abrasion resistance. It shows good tridimensional crystallized surface after drying up completely. It can be used on parts of products such as cosmetics, perfume caps, decorations, presents, plated goods.

【Application】

        8C “Crystallized Effect“ Top Coat can spray directly or add into dyestuffs for spraying based on needs and quality of materials. Please control sprayers in bigger outlet, less wind, slower speed and closer distance. The spraying pressure should be 3.0-3.5kg/cm2 and the distance should be 15 cm.

        8C “Crystallized Effect“ Top Coat is air dry top coat. Its drying is slow so it can work in low temperature and low humidity environment. DO NOT BAKING. The slower drying, the bigger and sparser crystallization. On the other hand, The faster drying, the smaller and intensive crystallization.

【Base Coat】

         Please use UR-487, UP-916, UB-256B.

 【Notices】

1.     If the coating is too thin or dry too fast, it is not easy to generate crystallized effects. Please thicken the coating by spraying to fix this situation.

2.     8C “Crystallized Effect“ Top Coat is hard to control the result of crystallized effect because different weather condition would result in different crystallization. Please test the coat before lunching to mass production.

3.     Please clean up the sprayer and the tube with Ketone solvents before and after spraying to avoid incompatibilities occur if using same equipment with other top coats.

4.     Due to special ingredients of this product, too much lacquer dusts accumulated may cause burning. They must be applied with water-based coating equipment and clean the sprayer and relevant devices with water frequently. Store the lacquer dusts in outdoor within water in case the burning

5.     Please keep good air circulation in working place to avoid harming health due to long-term breathing in solvent. If chemicals splash into eye or on skin accidently, immediately flush contacting area by huge amount of water then send to medical treatment.

6.     8C “Crystallized Effect“ Top Coat must be stored in cool and dry indoor room under 40℃. The expired time is one year in unopened situation.

7.     Please keep cap closing after opening and finish within one week to avoid affecting quality because of solvent evaporation.
