【Instruction】

S-28 Abrasion Resistance Agent is made to improve abrasion resistance of top coats for Vacuum Metallization. Applicable to top coats such as UT-801, UT-117, UT-811, UT-842, UT-563(as top coat).

【Application】

Add to top coat then stirring evenly. The percentage of S-28 Abrasion Resistance Agent is 0.1-0.2％ of all coatings. The ratio can be adjusted base on requirement.

【Notices】

1.    S-28 Abrasion Resistance Agent could affect rework ability of products.

USE CAREFULLY.

2.    Need to notice mix condition when add S-28 Abrasion Resistance Agent. Please stop adding S-28 Abrasion Resistance Agent immediately if the mixture becomes cloudy.

3.    Please keep good air circulation in working place to avoid harming health due to long-term breathing in solvent. If chemicals splash into eye or on skin accidently, immediately flush contacting area by huge amount of water then send to medical treatment.

4.    S-28 Abrasion Resistance Agent must be stored in cool and dry indoor room under 40℃. The expired time is one year in unopened situation.

5.    Please keep cap closing after opening and finish within one week to avoid affecting quality because of solvent evaporation.
