         FA-110 Matting Paste is made to add Matting Effect of top coats for Vacuum Metallization. Excellent performance on matting effect, smooth and clear surface, not easy to yellowing. No need to grind and it spreads easily. Good at flowing and slow deposition. Applicable to top coats such as UT-117, UT-801.

【Application】

Shake FA-110 Matting Paste evenly then add into top coats directly. Stirring the mixture evenly. For spraying, we suggest FA-110 should be 5-20％ of all coatings. The ratio can be adjusted based on requirement.

【Notices】

1.    FA-110 Matting Paste must shake evenly before adding into top coats. The mixture must be stirred evenly before applying.

2.    If the mixture, top coat and FA-110 Matting Paste, is placed over 4 hours, we suggest shake the mixture evenly to avoid different levels of matting effect because of its deposition.

3.    Please keep good air circulation in working place to avoid harming health due to long-term breathing in solvent. If chemicals splash into eye or on skin accidently, immediately flush contacting area by huge amount of water then send to medical treatment.

4.    FA-110 Matting Paste must be stored in cool and dry indoor room under 40℃. The expired time is one year in unopened situation.

5.    Please keep cap closing after opening and finish within one week to avoid affecting quality because of solvent evaporation.
