UT-815 “Semi Water-Based” Top Coat is made to Vacuum Metallization manufacturers. Excellent performance on adhesion, gloss, abrasion resistance, moisture resistance. It can work in high humid environment. Not corrode the aluminum layer and have smooth surface when spraying thickly. It can be used on parts of products such as cosmetics, toys, clocks, furniture, daily goods, presents, plated goods.
【Application】
UT-815 “Semi Water-Based” Top Coat can spray directly or add into liquid-dyestuffs for spraying based on needs and quality of materials. The spraying pressure should be 3.5-4.0kg/cm2 and the distance should be 15-20 cm.
UT-815 “Semi Water-Based” Top Coat is air dry top coat. Its drying is slow in the earlier period but fast in the later period. If need to launch mass production, the baking condition should be 50-60℃ and 10-15 minutes.

Please use UB-269 Series, UB-563, UP-916, UB-2485B, UB-256B.
【Notices】
1. UT-815 “Semi Water-Based” Top Coat is not easy to be soluble with dark colors like Aqua and green, please DO NOT add dark colors in it.
2. Please clean up the sprayer and the tube with Ketone solvents before and after spraying to avoid incompatibilities occur if using same equipment with other top coats.
3. Because there may be solvent left after baking, please leave the coating materials 24 hours or baking condition 60-70°C and 60 minutes and leave 4 hours before packaging to avoid plastic bag mark on products’ surface.
4. If the coating is too thin to have rainbow situation easily；please thicken the top coating by spraying on it.
5. Due to special ingredients of this product, too much lacquer dusts accumulated may cause burning. They must be applied with water-based coating equipment and clean the sprayer and relevant devices with water frequently. Store the lacquer dusts in outdoor within water in case the burning.
6. Please keep good air circulation in working place to avoid harming health due to long-term breathing in solvent. If chemicals splash into eye or on skin accidently, immediately flush contacting area by huge amount of water then send to medical treatment.
7. UT-815 “Semi Water-Based” Top Coat must be stored in cool and dry indoor room under 40℃. The expired time is one year in unopened situation.
8. Please keep cap closing after opening and finish within one week to avoid affecting quality because of solvent evaporation.
