UT-816 Top Coat is made to Vacuum Metallization manufacturers. Excellent performance on quick drying, abrasion resistance, gloss. It shows quick drying for packaging products. It can be used on parts of products such as accessories, presents, cosmetics, toys, clocks, furniture, daily goods, plated goods.

【Application】

UT-816 Top Coat can spray directly or add into dyestuffs for spraying based on needs and quality of materials. The spraying pressure should be 3.0-3.5kg/cm² and the distance should be 15-20 cm.

【Base Coat】

Please use UB-269 Series, UB-563, UP-916, UB-2485B, UB-256B.

【Notices】

1.    If it is high humidity, add BCS or put the coating materials into oven to reduce whitening and foggy.

2.    Please clean up the sprayer and the tube with Ketone solvents before and after spraying to avoid incompatibilities occur if using same equipment with other top coats.

3.    Due to special ingredients of this product, too much lacquer dusts accumulated may cause burning. They must be applied with water-based coating equipment and clean the sprayer and relevant devices with water frequently. Store the lacquer dusts in outdoor within water in case the burning.

4.    Please keep good air circulation in working place to avoid harming health due to long-term breathing in solvent. If chemicals splash into eye or on skin accidently, immediately flush contacting area by huge amount of water then send to medical treatment.

5.    UT-816 Top Coat must be stored in cool and dry indoor room under 40℃. The expired time is one year in unopened situation.

6.    Please keep cap closing after opening and finish within one week to avoid affecting quality because of solvent evaporation.
