         When 1. Roller is stuck with glue residue. 2. Glue can’t apply evenly. 3. The surface of the adhesion is not smooth. 4. Poor adhesion, anilox roller must be cleaned by SF-751 immediately. Anilox roller needs to be cleaned every two weeks regularly. If roller does not use for long time, it must be cleaned before using.

【Application】

1.    Apply small amount of SF–751 on roller and spread evenly.

2.    About 5-10 minutes, when glue residue emerges on the surface of roller, then apply Ethyl Acetate on the roller and clean with copper brush.

3.    Finally use Ethyl Acetate to wash anilox roller to avoid SF–751 left on it.

【Notices】

1.    Please keep good air circulation in working place to avoid harming health due to long-term breathing in solvent. If chemicals splash into eye or on skin accidently, immediately flush contacting area by huge amount of water then send to medical treatment.

2.    SF-751 Anilox Roller Cleaner must be stored in cool and dry indoor room under 40℃. The expired time is one year in unopened situation.

3.    Please keep cap closing after opening and finish within one week to avoid affecting quality because of solvent evaporation.
